I absolutely adore the HSM franchise! It’s officially been 20 years since the first High School Musical movie landed on Disney Channel.

So let’s talk about some interesting knowledge linked to these epic movies that still hold a special place in the hearts of millennials everywhere.

They have been recent rumors about a feud between Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens as recently as 2024 based on the fact that Ashley continued to maintain her friendship with Vanessa‘s ex-boyfriend Austin Butler.

But Ashley kinda sorta shut down feud rumors while interviewing on Bravo‘s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

He asked her if she still hangs out with Vanessa and she said, “I haven’t seen her in a long time. Obviously she’s working, I’m working, I have a daughter. So it’s like you know, she has a full-time job.“

So although she didn’t fully squash the narrative of a feud, she minimized it to the fact that they both have busy work schedules.
