Another movie that she’s part of in 2022 is called The Wonder. Florence showed up to the red carpet event for the premiere wearing a dress that deserves to be admired.
Florence Pugh’s low-cut white dress was exquisite
Florence shared a series of pictures on Instagram wearing a two-piece white dress that had a low-cut neckline. The top of the dress was designed like a tank top with thick straps over both shoulders.
It was tight enough to look like a corset and short enough to look like a crop top. She paired it with a high-waisted skirt with a matching pattern over her midsection. The bottom of the skirt was made with fabric that looked more flowy and elegant.
Florence added a caption urging her fans to check the movie out writing, “The Wonder comes out in theatres in US and UK the 2nd of November! If you can, please take the opportunity to head to your cinema playing it and watch it on the large screen.”
What’s Florence Pugh’s new movie about?
Interestingly enough, The Wonder is based on a shockingly true story. The movie was created after being inspired by a novel of the same name written by Emma Donahue. It’s about young girls in the 19th century who would partake in a social phenomenon to be labeled one of the “fasting girls.”
Young women would claim that they could live their lives without consuming any food for months at a time. One girl from back in the day name Sarah Jacob ended up dying from starvation in 1869 while trying to participate in the trend. In The Wonder, Florence plays the role of Lib Wright, an English nurse trying to break down the truth behind the peculiar and mysterious lifestyle of starvation.
