Ariana Grande‘s relationship with Big Sean started after his engagement to the late Naya Rivera was called off in 2014. The first time Sean and Ariana made their public debut was at the MTV VMA’s. Later that same year, she appeared in his music video for “Patience.”
Her willingness to appear in his music video showcased how much they really liked each other at the time. Unfortunately, the romance only lasted for eight months with neither of them ever revealing the reason for their breakup to the public.
Ricky Alvarez
Ricky Alvarez is another man Ariana dated, and he’s also mentioned in her “Thank You, Next” song lyrics. He was her backup dancer and they dated for a year starting in 2015. By July 2016, things were over. Having him on tour with her as her backup dancer meant they were able to spend a lot of time together in the months leading up to their relationship and during the time they were actually dating.
Mac Miller
Ariana’s relationship with the late Mac Miller is still pretty devastating to think about to this day. Some of the Instagram pictures and Snapchat videos they would post together were incredibly sweet. From an outsider’s perspective, they were obviously very much in love with each other. Sadly, Miller passed away from an accidental overdose in 2018 after their relationship ended. They released a song called “The Way” together in 2013.
Pete Davidson
Pete Davidson was more than just a boyfriend Ariana. These two actually got engaged! Although their relationship seemed pretty random from the outside looking in, she obviously had strong feelings for him while she was in the heat of it all.
The reason we think so? After they were done, she released a song about him called “Pete Davidson” as part of her Sweetener album. People don’t make songs for those who didn’t have an impact on them and their hearts.
Dalton Gomez
Ariana Grande is married to Dalton Gomez and has been since May 2021. They met in a super adorable way! She was looking for a new house outside of the Los Angeles area and her team hired Dalton to help her in her search.
Instead of simply helping her find a house, they totally fell in love with each other. Their wedding pictures are absolutely stunning and they seem to be really happy together. We know they dated for at least a year before getting married, but they privately dated longer than that for an undisclosed amount of time.
