The 20-year age gap between Florence Pugh and Zach Braff was enough to get people talking during their relationship.
They never seemed to be bothered by opinions from others, though. Still, the relationship didn’t last and the couple called it quits during the summer of 2022.
It turns out that there definitely isn’t any bad blood between Florence and Zach, based on a sweet revelation he recently shared.

There’s nothing but love remaining between Florence and Zach, despite the fact that they’re no longer romantically involved,
When opening up about his new movie, A Good Person Zach, told Entertainment Tonight, “I’m just in awe of her talent and I said, ‘I wanna write this for Florence. What I’m writing is really gonna be challenging and she’s incredible.”
He went on to say, “I mean, she’s just unbelievable and what I was writing was gonna be really challenging. It wasn’t for your average actors — I couldn’t have written the part for myself.”
Keep in mind that Florence has an incredibly impressive resume under her belt that makes him feel the way he feels about her skillset.
Little Women, Don’t Worry Darling, and Black Widow are some of the more noteworthy roles she’s landed so far.
Zach continued gushing about her saying, “I wanted to write something for her, and I had this image in my mind of that diner booth scene and I thought of Florence Pugh opposite some legend that everyone’s talking about.”
When A Good Person premieres on March 24, 2023, the world will be able to see the exact scene he’s describing with so much adoration and respect.
