When you’re in the middle of having a bad day, there are two courses of action to take… either dwell in the misfortune of what’s happening or do your best to shift your mindset.

Dress up

Dani’s first tip is to get dressed up in your favorite outfit. When you get dressed in clothing that makes you feel confident in your own skin, it naturally raises your vibration.

Although you might feel tempted to stay in your pajamas all day, pick something from your closet that makes you feel proud of your appearance.

Choose pieces of clothing that bring you joy. Comb through your hair. Consider dabbing on a bit of makeup. Spruce yourself up and watch how it benefits you.

Schedule affirmation texts

Dani’s second tip is to schedule random affirmation texts that will pop up on your phone screen throughout the day.

There are several different apps you can download in order to achieve this. ThinkUp, AffirmationReminder, and MantaDaily are just a few of the options out there.

These apps can be incredibly life-changing because encouraging words will be sent to you at random, often at the most unexpected moments when you need to see them the most.

Tune into some high vibrational music

Dani’s third tip is to listen to a playlist filled with high-vibrational music on shuffle or on repeat.

If you’re into the spiritual world, you’re probably already aware that music contains frequencies that impact our daily mood.

Be selective about the songs you’re listening to and make sure they’re filled with amazing energy and positive lyrics.
