The first five episodes of Season 4 of Love is Blind is here – and it’s already bringing the drama. The Netflix reality TV show, which is supposed to be dedicated to individuals finding true love, is yet again showcasing people who might not have the gentlest hurts or purest intentions.

Micah and Irina have specifically been called out by viewers across all social media platforms for being the villains of the season after displaying “mean girl” behaviors early on.

Are Micah and Irina the real villains of ‘Love is Blind’ Season 4?

It was easy to root for Micah at the beginning of Season 4 when she first sat down in the pods with Kwame.

She discussed thought-provoking topics including manifestation and the Law of Attraction. She came across as a high vibrational young woman in pursuit of true love.

Irina also started out as someone who was easy to root for after opening up about her struggles with confidence due to acne scars that are still visible on her face.

She described her desire to meet a partner who’d be willing to love her beyond her outward appearance and exterior.

Unfortunately, after introducing themselves as sweet and relatable young women, Micah and Irina’s true colors seemingly came out… all at once.

In multiple scenes, they were filmed laughing at the pain of others. In simpler terms, they literally witnessed other women crying about personal heartaches – and then they started laughing about it.

It was incredibly uncomfortable to watch. They laughed at both Amber and Jackelina as they each shed tears over their stressful romantic situations.

Micah and Irina have been labeled “bullies”

After Amber’s date with Paul, Irina loudly complimented her for coming back with a large box of Mardis Gras beads and flowers.

As soon as Irina had privacy with Micah, though. she called Amber’s experience with Paul “boring” before calling Amber a loser. She did that because she knew Micah was also interested in Paul.

Fans have been making their opinions known on social media. Some have compared them to the evil stepsisters from Disney’s Cinderella. Others have compared them to Ursula’s slimy sidekicks, Flotsam and Jetsam, from The Little Mermaid.

A Reddit thread was even created to compare the women to Regina George and Gretchen Weiners from the 2004 hit film Mean Girls.

Because of the backlash, Irina’s Instagram comment section has been limited and Micah’s Instagram comment section has been completely turned off.

Viewers will have to wait and see if things improve with Micah and Irina when the second half of Season 4 drops on Netflix on March 31.
