On Love is Blind Season 4, Bliss decided to accept Zack’s proposal – even though they didn’t start off on the right foot.

Originally, he proposed to Irina! Shortly after, he realized that Irina wasn’t actually a great match for him. They were butting heads constantly during their first trip together.

After Bliss and Zack decided to move forward with wedding plans of their own, they knew they had to introduce each other to their families.

Unfortunately, one of those introductions didn’t go well. Bliss’s Father, Shah, made it very clear that he wasn’t a fan of Zack or his plans to get married to Bliss.

Bliss’s dad openly disapproves of Zack

While Shah and Zack were talking to each other at the dinner table for the first time, Zack did his best to come across as an intelligent and friendly individual.

Shah simply wasn’t feeling it, though. He seemed put off by Zack’s talkativeness, confused by Bliss’s decision to get married, and annoyed by the entire situation.

When Shah spoke to the cameras alone, he said, “Maybe Zack is the type of person that she’s interested in.”

He said, “He’s a talker for sure, and he’s a lawyer. At least I think he’s a lawyer, right? You check his background, so you know that’s what he is right?”

Shah continued, “He’s obviously an intelligent man. I mean you can’t go to school and become a lawyer without being somewhat intelligent.”

He ended his statement with, “It doesn’t mean success. Maybe he’s ambitious, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to match her whatsoever.”

It’s unclear if Bliss’s father will ever be on board with her decision to marry Zack. Only time will tell.
