It is much easier to hide and ignore the pain of the breakup, but that won’t do you any good. Instead of expressing these feelings, you can talk to a trusted friend or a therapist if you have one. Just make sure your feelings are not bottled up.
Do what makes you happy
Make sure to occupy yourself with something productive and rewarding. Whether it is a hobby or work, make sure you love doing it.
This way, you can find joy in everyday activities and not reminisce on what could have been.
Be patient with yourself
Getting over a breakup is not easy. You had dreams of a future with your now ex, and that isn’t easy to forget.
You need to put yourself first and understand that there are days when you’ll miss them. But you must recognize that you are in a new chapter of your life. This can only happen one step at a time.
