Sugar-Free Popsicles and Fudgsicles

Next up, Amber mentions Sugar-Free Popsicles and Fudgsicles. These cold treats are perfect on a hot summer or spring day.

The popsicles come in multiple flavors including orange, cherry, and grape. The popsicles have 15 calories each, and the fudgsicles have 40 calories each.

Animal Crackers

Amber added Animal Crackers to her list and specified that the chocolate-flavored ones are the best.

She explains that they’re 120 calories per serving, and you should always be sure to weigh out the right amount.

Vanilla Cupcake Goldfish Crackers

Goldfish Crackers don’t only come in cheesy flavors. Amber suggests trying the Vanilla Cupcake Goldfish Crackers during your weight loss journey.

These are 140 calories per serving, for a hefty serving. You’re allowed to chow down on 35 pieces at one time!
