Do you feel like you’re stuck in a toxic, never-ending loop of dating men who classify as losers and deadbeats?

Unfortunately, too many women feel like they have to settle for less in the dating arena.

Truthfully, you should never settle for someone who doesn’t meet all of your standards and fit into the criteria of your dream partner.

Dating someone who’s truly wealthy, successful, or well-put-together in a manner that impresses you isn’t something you should feel is unrealistic or out of reach.

TikToker @LexxiBarb shared a video breaking down some quality advice for women who want to upgrade their selection of potential romantic partners.

Get yourself together first

Lexxi says attracting high-quality men starts with taking care of yourself.

She explains, “You can start charging more when you get yourself together first. What do I mean by charging more? You can get higher caliber men who actually take care of you if you just spend more energy and time on yourself first.”

Spending energy and time on yourself can look many different ways. Gym workouts, spa treatments, and meditation sessions are great starting points.

She continues, “You can only attract the level which you are at yourself. So, really getting your body right is the catalyst to everything else. You’ll be more confident, you’ll love yourself more, you’ll feel like a badder b****.”

In other words, if you want to attract men who you think are currently out of your league, transform yourself into a woman who’s in their league.

Make conscious efforts to improve your health

She ends her video by saying, “I see so many people stuck in bodies they hate [and] jobs they hate. They hate the dating pool that they’re in… I’m like hello, wake up! Get your body right first! Your mental health gets better, your confidence gets better, your self-love gets better, and it’s game over.”

It’s beyond true that the more you take care of yourself, the easier it is to love yourself. After all, taking care of yourself is a sign of loving yourself.

The way you love yourself shows everyone else who sees you how you expect to be loved as well. Pour into yourself and watch everything else fall in place.
