Once upon a Time, beauty mogul Kylie Jenner dated Will Smith’s son, Jaden Smith.

The relationship was brief, but it was enough to cause a frenzy in 2013 among their fans.

keep in mind that Jaden is the reason Kylie met her ex-best friend, Jordyn Woods, in the first place.

He introduced the girls way back when. Kylie and Jordyn’s friendship didn’t stand the test of time, but what about Kylie and Jaden?

Are Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith still friends after dating back in the day?

Kylie appeared in Jaden’s music video for the song “Blue Ocean,” playing his onscreen love interest in 2014.

Before that in 2013, Kylie opened up to Seventeen via E! News about being willing to attend her high school prom with someone like Jaden.

She said, “I don’t have a boyfriend, but I do really want that boyfriend prom experience. But if I couldn’t find a boyfriend, I would want to go with one of my best guy friends, like Jaden [Smith]. I know I’d have fun with him—he makes me laugh and he is a great dancer.” 

Interestingly enough, it doesn’t appear that there’s any bad blood between Kylie and Jaden.

They both attended Justin and Hailey Bieber‘s wedding in 2018, as part of the same friend group. They even appeared together in a photo filled with all of their mutuals.

In our book, being able to socialize without any drama means Kylie and Jaden are still friendly with each other to some degree.

It’s unlikely that anything romantic would ever spark up between the two in the future, but it’s good to know that they don’t totally despise each other after breaking up.
