A huge deal breaker in relationships that cannot be ignored comes down to your interest (or lack of interest) in having kids.
If the idea of becoming a parent excites you and makes you happy, you deserve to be with a partner who feels the same way.
If the idea of becoming a parent repulses you and frightens you, you should stick to relationships with people who are on the same page.
This concept isn’t an easy one for every couple out there – especially if you’re already head over heels in love with each other.
The “kids or no kids” debate is enough to end a relationship

It’s unfair to assume your partner will eventually change their mind about wanting or not wanting kids if they’ve already vocalized their feelings early on.
Being in a relationship with someone who doesn’t feel the same way about having kids means at least one of you is going to have to forcibly change your mind at one point if you don’t call it quits.
It’s in your best interest to end the relationship sooner than later if no one is willing to change their mind.
You might not want to because you’ve already invested a solid amount of time into your relationship, but staying even longer when no one is willing to compromise means that more of your time will end up wasted.
If your partner is more important to you than your stance on kids, just understand that the decision will impact you for the rest of your life.
Examples? If your partner doesn’t want kids and you know you do, agreeing not to have kids means you’ll never experience parenthood. For women, bearing children isn’t something that can happen forever. Once you reach a certain age, it will be too late. You can always foster or adopt children at an older age, but having them naturally won’t be possible.
If your partner does want kids and you know you don’t, agreeing to have them for your partner’s sake means you will be a parent for the rest of your existence on this planet. You don’t get to take a break from parenthood once you agree to become a parent. If you adore your freedom, your peaceful sleep hours, and having extra money to spend on yourself whenever you want, you’ll have to learn how to let go of some of those things forever.
