You deserve to experience self-love on all levels. When you love yourself properly, it shows others how you expect to be loved.
Whether you’re single or taken, self-love positively impacts your life in so many wonderfully beneficial ways.

Get rid of the negative self-talk
Annie’s first piece of advice is to quit it with all the negative self-talk. Instead of judging yourself harshly for ways you think you’re failing, hype yourself up.
Give yourself compliments instead of criticisms. It may feel unnatural at first, but it’s worth your while to get in the groove of it.
Get clear on your boundaries
Next up, Annie says, “Set boundaries.” Boundaries are so life-changing – especially for people who’ve never prioritized them before.
Some examples of boundaries could be that your partner is NOT allowed to speak to you in a certain tone. Your best friend is NOT allowed to use you as an emotional trauma dumping ground. Your boss is NOT allowed to force extra work on your plate without offering additional pay.
No more comparisons

Annie says it’s time to stop comparing yourself to others. If comparison is a habit of yours you’ve been grappling with for a while, let it go.
You never know what someone else is going through, and most people don’t know what you’re going through.
We’re all on our own journeys, and none of us need the added layer of comparison to make things harder.
List off your wins
Annie encourages everyone to start acknowledging their wins in life. She says, “Make a list of all of your accomplishments.”
When you gather your accomplishments together in one place, it’s easier to see how successful and wonderful things have truly been for you.
This task will also work wonders in terms of raising your vibrations if you’re in need of a mood booster.
Do what you love
Last but not least, Annie says, “Spend more time doing what makes you feel alive.”
If painting makes you happy, paint. If writing poetry puts a smile on your face, write poetry. If jogging during the sunrise gives you a sense of inner pride, jog.
Do things that make you feel happy, fulfilled, and alive as often as possible.
