Week 23 of getting Semaglutide weight loss injections from ALX Aesthetics in Las Vegas has arrived.
As of this week, I’ve come down 60 pounds! I am beyond stoked and excited about how things are going.
I’m someone who deals with PCOS, insulin resistance, and thyroid issues. My health hangups made me feel like weight loss was impossible. Now, I see that it’s actually working!

My week 24 appointment at ALX Aesthetics was lovely. Here’s what happened:
Alex gave me the Semaglutide injection as well as a B12 injection with L-Carnitine in my belly.
The weight loss injections have been helping me so much when it comes to my eating choices and hunger levels.
Exercise this week was just whatever and definitely could have been better. I did one session of Pilates and a couple of gym sessions where I did a bit of weightlifting and treadmill walking.
Next week, I’ll be doing way more with my fitness routine.
My diet has been absolutely awesome, though. I’ve been eating lots of salad wraps, low-carb egg sandwiches, mixed fruit, and other sugar-free options.
My wedding dress fitting was earlier this afternoon and it was so amazing to see how different I look in my chosen wedding dress compared to how I looked when I was 60 pounds heavier.
I still have 40 pounds to lose, but I know that it’s going to work out. I am unbelievably grateful for Alex and the services she provides.
