Get ready to get uncomfortable

Dr. Salako says, “Ladies. If you have a 30 or more pound weight loss goal, listen to this message: Get ready to get uncomfortable.”

He goes on to say, “Comfort is how we got here in the first place. You don’t want to meal prep. You don’t want to take the time out to exercise. You don’t want to increase your steps… but you want to lose all of this weight.”

Not moving your body to exercise, not spending time in the kitchen prepping meals, and not hitting a 10,000-step-per-day target is SURELY comfortable. But that type of comfort has never actually been healthy!

He goes on to say that if being tired, being out of breath, and not loving the skin you’re in anymore has become normalized to you, that’s simply not okay.

Dr. Salako says, “The moment that you’re ready to get uncomfortable, and you accept that the process is going to be uncomfortable… that’s when the magic happens.”

More than 29,8000 people bookmarked his video and more than 146,000 people liked it. It’s obvious that his message is clear and firm.

Reaching your weight loss isn’t going to be a walk in the park, but it IS possible – and it will require a serious mindset shift.
