Not being able to come to a solid agreement about having kids or not with your partner is a hugely unfortunate deal breaker to be faced with.

No matter how in love you might be, the decision to have kids someday (or not) can make all the difference in your future.

What’s next if you and your partner can’t agree about kids?

A massive deal breaker in relationships that cannot be ignored comes down to your interest (or lack of interest) in having kids.

If the idea of becoming a parent excites you and makes you happy, you deserve to be with a partner who feels the same way.

If the idea of becoming a parent repulses you and frightens you, you should stick to relationships with people who are on the same page.

Don’t ever give in to pressure from someone else to make such a life-altering decision that will impact you for the rest of your days.

Unless becoming a parent is something YOU specifically want, you should not become a parent.

It’s unfair to assume your partner will eventually change their mind about wanting or not wanting kids if they’ve already vocalized their feelings early on.

Being in a relationship with someone who doesn’t feel the same way about having kids means at least one of you is going to have to forcibly change your mind at one point if you don’t call it quits.
