Something I’ve been noticing more than ever lately is that people don’t want to do the necessary work required to create real change in their lives.

I saw a video from a girl the other day talking about how she really wants to experience romantic love, but she’s never met a man who’s treated her with love or respect.

I commented on her video that sometimes it’s easier to find love after you’ve become the best version of yourself.

My comment was NOT received well.

Sometimes, you have to improve who you are to see different outcomes in life

When I said you should become the best version of yourself if you’re trying to find love, I meant getting in good physical shape, healing your emotional trauma, and working through your mental baggage.

The girl I was talking with on social media was pretty offended by that. She told me she knows people who are in relationships right now who are far from being the best version of themselves – which means what I have to say is bullsh*t.

To that, all I can say is… Sure, there are plenty of people in relationships right now who are not the best version of themselves.

But that doesn’t erase the fact that becoming the best version of yourself 100% makes it easier to find love.

When you’re in great physical shape, it shows the rest of the world how much you love and respect yourself.

It shows the world that you have self-discipline, self-control, and dedication. It shows the world you care about your health, you care about your well-being, and you care about your future in regard to your organ functionality.

When you’re in great mental shape (as in your mindset), it shows the world that you have genuine self-love and you know your worth.

It’s hard for people to manipulate you, use you, or f*ck with you when your head is truly in a good space.

Manipulators and abusers avoid women who are mentally strong and emotionally equipped because they know they won’t be able to get away with their bullsh*t.

So, the only people who would be offended by my advice are folks who just simply don’t want to put in the work.

If you don’t want to hit the gym, just say that.

If you don’t want to work on your mindset, just say that.

But by the same token, be aware that any complaints you have about being lonely and not experiencing romantic love are going to stay the same.

In most cases, it requires putting in the work to see changes in your life.

This is coming from someone who got in the best shape of my life in order to get hired as a Las Vegas showgirl at the same time that I was trying to manifest a relationship with my soulmate.

I was an incredible physical shape in 2021, and I did meet my soulmate who is now my current fiancé!

I also spent that time working on my mindset and shifting my belief system to believe I was worthy of being loved by a healthy-minded partner after a history of dating abusive and manipulative men.

And changing these things about myself not easy. It was very uncomfortable and took a lot of effort.

I’m still a work in progress! I gained a sh*t ton of weight after getting in my relationship with my soulmate due to my thyroid condition and PCOS diagnosis, but I am now in the downswing having lost 60 pounds to get myself back to who I was when I first met my fiancé.

I am constantly focusing on the Law of Attraction, manifestation, my relationship with God, and keeping my mindset in a high vibrational state of mind.

Once you release yourself from the shackles of a victim mentality, life gets easier.
