Cut out liquid calories

Draw’s first tip: Stop drinking liquid calories! There are so many drinks that are full of sugar and carbs that should no longer be on your radar.

Sugary beverages like soda and juice can sometimes carry more calories than the foods you bite into.

Eat out of smaller bowls

Drea suggests eating your food out of smaller bowls. When you do this, tricks your mind into thinking you’ve got more food in front of you since the bowl is so small in comparison.

Smaller bowls will make it easier for you to keep your portions under control at home.

Eat whole foods

Sticking to a diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, eggs, beans, oats, and fish will take you a long way.

Processed foods that are full of chemicals and refined sugars won’t help you lose weight.
