It doesn’t seem too long ago that Leighton Meester was gracing our screens as Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl.
The original series premiered in 2007 and ran for seven successful seasons until it came to an end in 2012. What has Leighton been up to since Gossip Girl ended? Does she miss the show at all?

In the photo thread, Leighton’s seen posing for a stunning photo shoot in gorgeous and chic outfits.
Her comment section is full of supportive fans sending love and compliments her way!
Leighton hasn’t done a 2024 interview, but she did open up at the end of 2023 about what her life has been like post-Gossip Girl.
She told Numero about her plans for the future saying, “I want to continue the way I am going.
“I love working on comedies because it’s just a fun place to live in and really stimulating creatively.
“I hope to work with people that are really nice and people that I love as well. The road I’m on feels pretty good.”
As far as new upcoming movies and TV shows go, the most recent projects from Leighton were River Wild and Exmas in 2023.
River Wild was a thriller adventure she starred in alongside her husband, Adam Brody. Exmas was a Christmas-themed romantic comedy she starred in alongside Robbie Amell.
If Leighton is signed on to star in any 2024 movies, those details haven’t been released as public just yet.
Regarding the question of whether or not she misses Gossip Girl, the good news is that Leighton is potentially open to the possibility of reprising her role as Blair.
When Fox 5 New York asked her if she’d be willing to play Blair again, she said, “I don’t know, maybe!”
