Fresha conducted a research study to analyze the most commonly searched haircut phrases of the year. Here’s what they found out.
Popular haircut trends for 2024
The number one haircut trend of 2024 is the wolf cut. 591,600 people searched for details about this haircut style within a month-long period.
A few examples of celebrities who rock the wolf haircut include Jenna Ortega, Billie Eilish, and Miley Cyrus.
Next in line is butterfly cuts with 384,700 monthly searches, Fresha says.
Celebrities rocking butterfly haircuts include Kaia Gerber, Addison Rae, and Sydney Sweeney.
After that, pixie cuts are the third most popular with an average of 306,300 monthly searches.
Stars who have been rocking pixie cuts throughout their careers include Cara Delevingne, Scarlett Johansson, and Rihanna.
