Do you love quiet Friday nights alone at home? There’s quite literally nothing wrong with you if that’s the case.

After work, hop in the shower

This signifies to your brain that the work part of your day is done and it’s time to focus on you.

Before the shower, light your favorite candle and look up the playlist “hot apple cider” on Spotify to set your vibes for the night. 

Order food for delivery

Treat yourself to whatever food you’re craving that night. Don’t forget the most important part: dessert!

Pick your beverage (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) and put it in a wine glass. 

While you’re waiting for your food to be delivered, start a new Pinterest board. This could be for vision board planning, outfits…whatever you’re feeling!

Find a movie to watch

Food in hand, pick out a movie to watch. Ashley recommends The Devil Wears PradaYou’ve Got MailBridget Jones’s Diary or When Harry Met Sally

During the movie, try your best to stay off your phone and be present. 

Make a tea

After the movie is over, load up the dishwasher (so you don’t have to do it in the morning) and start prepping your favorite tea. A ginger mint tea, for example, is great for digestion after dinner.

Dim the lights and start a book

As your night comes to a close, hop into bed with a book. Aim to go to bed between 10:30pm and 12pm so you can wake up early and have a fabulous weekend!
