Some Miami girls follow strict dietary rules
Miami girls eat healthy. They track their calorie intake and what they eat to achieve that tight, fit figure and they don’t look back.
@Propertyofhannah recommends a smoothie acai bowl, protein bars, or avocado toast with coffee for breakfast and salads with carbs for lunch, like sweet potato quinoa.
More importantly, stick to a diet that works best for your body. We are not all built the same, but we can all be models with the right diet.
Other Miami girls try intermittent fasting

The darker side to looking model-level good would be forgoing eating entirely.
Some Miami girls only eat once a day, typically at lunch. While you can practically eat whatever you want then, fasting yourself like this can be dangerous and it definitely depends on what you can personally handle.
