“I’ve found that having goals to work towards helps to give you direction & intention with every wash day, every time you touch, twist, braid etc.
“The key word here is INTENTION. If you haven’t already, write those goals down!”
Her advice within the Reel was to co-wash your hair weekly, clarify it every couple of weeks, moisturize and seal it daily, deep condition it once per week, opt for protective hairstyles, and trim it twice a year.
