It’s obvious that Taylor Swift has die-hard fans from everywhere around the globe.
Right now, she’s shifting her attention to Paris, France to start out the European leg of her Eras Tour.
She’ll be performing at Paris La Défense Arena until May 12th. Her first show there took place on May 9th.
The new costumes and setlist from Taylor are encouraging her American fans to track her down in Paris. These are the details.
Americans are following Taylor Swift to Paris
Americans who also consider themselves to be Swifties are catching flights and traveling thousands of miles to see Taylor perform on stage in Paris.
It’s been estimated about 20% to 30% of the fans watching her perform in Paris are actually American!
So, what does this mean for Paris?
Parisian hotels are packed out through the weekend. Wait times at restaurants are also estimated to be a little longer than usual.
This is the first time Taylor is hitting the stage since releasing The Tortured Poets Department.
If you’re curious to know whether or not her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is joining her in Paris, he wasn’t spotted at her May 9th show.
That doesn’t mean he won’t possibly make an appearance at one of her shows tonight, tomorrow, or on the 12th.
The new setlist from Taylor includes six songs from The Tortured Poets Department.
Expect to hear “Down Bad,” “But Daddy I Love Him,” “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?,” “Fortnight,” “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart” and a portion of “So High School.”
Since the Eras Tour is all about Taylor showcasing the different eras of her music career, it makes sense that she would add new songs from The Tortured Poets Department to her errors now.
