If you’ve been going through the interview process for a while without successfully landing a job, there might be an easy thing you can start doing to solve your issue.
Asking the right questions at the end of an interview can be a total game-changer.
James, the founder of FatRank, just shared some awesome questions interviewees should ask if they have genuine hopes of landing their dream job.
Five end-of-interview questions to ask

The first question that James suggests is, “How does the company foster innovation and encourage employees to contribute new ideas?”
When asking this question, it shows your genuine interest in the future of the company.
The second question from James is, “Can you share examples of successful projects or initiatives that employees have led within the team?”
This question highlights your eagerness and willingness to collaborate with a team.
The third question from James is, “What measures does the company take to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and how do these initiatives impact the company culture?”
Whatever answer you get to this question will better prepare you for what’s to come regarding diversity if you are to receive a job offer.
The next question James suggests is “In what ways does the company prioritize work-life balance and employee well-being?”
You shouldn’t be uncomfortable or ashamed when asking questions about work-life balance. Companies that don’t respect the concept of work-life balance are often toxic and meant to be avoided in the first place.
The last question from James is, “How does the company adapt to industry trends and stay ahead of the competition, and how can I contribute to that innovation?”
This question makes you look like a forward-thinking innovator who’s ready to help the company move in the right direction with all of your enthusiasm, ideas, and knowledge.
Which of these questions have you asked in an interview before? Which of these questions are you excited to implement at the end of your next interview?
