Another Fulfillment Friday is here! Let’s go over 10 toxic habits you should consider abandoning if you want to be happy.
These toxic habits have loads of people in chokeholds, so don’t think you’re alone if you’re struggling.
Stop people pleasing instead of honoring your own needs

Making choices based on your desire to keep everyone around you happy will usually result in your own silent suffering. It’s okay to make decisions for yourself when you have your best intentions at heart.
Stop rehashing every mistake you’ve ever made, over and over
We’ve all made mistakes. We’re all human. Forgive yourself and move on.
Watching pornography
Porn clouds your pineal cloud, which is also known as your third eye chakra. Having a clouded pineal gland makes it very difficult to manifest your dream life.
Stop giving in to the fear of judgment from others

Other people are going to judge you regardless of what you do, so you shouldn’t make your decisions based on trying to avoid that.
An example would be holding back from posting content on social media because you’re scared others will judge you.
Stop eating junk food and processed food
Junk food and processed foods throw off the natural balance inside your body.
Stop being hypercritical of yourself
You are your own worst critic when you should be your biggest advocate and cheerleader. Learn how to be obsessed with yourself instead.
Stop talking sh** about other people

What goes around comes around. The most f***ed up things you’ve said during gossip sessions will eventually be transmuted into stories about you inside the mouths of others.
Stop living life in your comfort zone
Nothing worthwhile ever blossomed in a comfort zone. Do the uncomfortable and watch your life change for the better.
Stop giving endless chances to people who don’t deserve it
If they don’t care enough to respect you or your boundaries after one or two mistakes, have respect for yourself by cutting them off.
Stop making promises to yourself that you end up breaking
You have to have integrity with yourself. You have to be able to trust yourself when you say you’re going to do something.
If you say you’re going to wake up and exercise, but you sleep in late over and over, you lose any sense of respect, integrity, and trust you’re supposed to have with yourself.
