New music is on the way from Katy Perry and she seems to be super excited about it!
This album will be her sixth following One of the Boys from 2008, Teenage Dream from 2010, Prism from 2013, Witness from 2017, and Smile from 2020.
Katy‘s biggest songs arguably came between 2008 and 2013 with bangers like “I Kissed a Girl,” “Dark Horse,” “Roar,” and “California Gurls.”

It’s supposed to come out this summer and since it’s already late May, that means it should be here soon!
She’s been busy serving as a judge on American Idol for years now.
She’s also been busy being a mom to Daisy Dove, the daughter she shares with Orlando Bloom.
She and Orlando have been engaged since 2019. They put off their wedding plans due to COVID-19, and they still haven’t made it down the aisle.
Wedding plans might not be at the top of Katy’s to-do list, but her next album definitely is!
She skipped the 2024 Met Gala and jokingly uploaded a bunch of AI-generated photos of herself on the red carpet with a caption saying, “Couldn’t make it to the Met, had to work.”
In her comment section, fans are speculating she was talking about being busy working on her sixth studio album!
