Being a mom is amazing! Just ask Heather Rae Young. The Selling Sunset star has been gleaming since she gave birth to her first child, Tristan, on Jan. 31, 2023.
When US Weekly asked how she felt about being a mom, Heather replied that she was “absolutely obsessed” and is loving motherhood.
But she admits it can be chaotic at first. As a new mom, you’re still trying to figure out everything. But it gets easier because you’ll naturally want to have your baby with you all the time.
Heather admitted that it’s been even more difficult leaving Tristan when “running errands.” Even going to the gym has been a struggle, she explains.
The reality star’s Instagram feed is filled with different wholesome moments with her family. And it’s beautiful to see the star enjoying family especially motherhood.
Heather revealed that being a mom changed her. She went from being anxious to being calmer, more patient and more loving.
Heather told US Weekly that she no longer allows things to bother her because Tristan and her peace with him is what matters.
And we saw glimpses of that during Valentine’s day when she shared pictures of her and Tristan with balloons.

There are several other occasions too when she showed off Tristan to the public. One time the super model shared a picture of a smiling Tristan holding the ribbons of a gift box.
While being a mom is not easy, Heather says she is still managing to make time to spend with her husband Tarek.
“They are joined at the hip,” the real estate pro told US Weekly. She confessed that Tarek is “understanding of everything” and she always tries to make time for him because he is “really important” to her.
