The mansion Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott once owned together in Beverly Hills is no longer one they’re interested in living in.
They’ve listed it for sale, but it doesn’t seem like anyone is jumping in line to purchase it.
According to a recent report from TMZ, the ex-couple just slashed another $2 million off the price of their home in hopes that a buyer will finally come their way.
They listed the home for $21.9 million in 2022, before dropping it down to $17.9 million. Now in 2024, they’ve dropped the price down to $15.9 million.
Fans of Kylie and Travis have a lot to say about this entire situation.
One fan wrote, “Buying a house when you aren’t married is even a big mistake for rich people.”
As a reminder, Kylie and Travis dated off-and-on for about five years from 2017 until 2023.
They share two kids together, but Travis never put a ring on it and they never officially married each other.
Now, their relationship is long over with little to no chance of reconciliation now that she’s dating Timothee Chalamet.
Someone else joined the comment section to say, “Crazy how they bought a house together, but never got married. They skipped so many steps in their relationship. It’s not common where I’m from to BUY a house with someone you aren’t at least engaged to.”
Someone else who genuinely loves the look of the house commented, “I don’t understand why this house won’t sell. It’s the prettiest one they own.”
With everything going on in California’s housing market right now, it’s not that weird that the house is having a hard time being sold.
Inflation is high and so is the cost of living. It looks like even folks with million-dollar bank accounts are second-guessing things before making massive purchases.
The particular Beverly Hills home that Kylie and Travis once owned is no longer a house they care to live in, but Kylie still has a largely imressive real estate empire under her belt anyway.
Now that Kylie is getting serious with Timothee, is it possible they’ll buy a home together at some point too?
Based on Kylie’s past behaviors, she’d potentially be down to get into homeownership with Timothee, similarly to what she did with Travis.
As of now, all of that is up in the air.
What we do know is that Kylie and Travis‘s Beverly Hills home is now a little more affordable to the millionaires of the world who might possibly be interested.
