Which real estate agent from the Oppenheim Group on Selling Sunset would the characters from Gossip Girl hire if they were planning to relocate from New York City to Los Angeles?

We have a couple ideas of who they would most likely choose!

Serena van der Woodsen.

There’s no doubt that Serena’s the type of socialite who would prefer hiring a real estate agent who could double as one of her besties.

Who would Serena get along with better than Emma Hernan? Both are blonde, both are beautiful, both are financially well-off, and both know how to make men fall head over heels in love with them.

Emma’s the type of real estate agent Serena would undoubtedly give business to since they share so much in common.

Another option for Serena would be Chrishell Stause. Chrishell fully understands what it feels like to be an it-girl with all eyes on her at any given moment.

The it-girl energy between Serena and Chrishell would be easy encouragement for Serena to select Chrishell as the top Oppenhiem Group agent to work with.

Blair Waldorf.

Who would be a better real estate agent for Blair than Bre Tiesi? Blair was accused of being a mean girl on Gossip Girl on more than one occasion, and Bre has definitely been through that once or twice.

Bre speaks her mind, the same way Blair does. They both understand that it’s perfectly fine if they aren’t well-liked by every single person in the room.

Bre is someone Blair could certainly do real estate business with since they speak the same language with fierce bad beotch energy.

Chuck Bass.

Chuck likely would choose to work directly with Jason and Brett Oppenheim rather than hiring any of the female real estate agents in the office.

Chuck is a no nonsense character from Gossip Girl who knows how to get things handled.

When it comes to business, Chuck knows exactly what he’s doing and working directly with Jason and Brett would suit him well.

Vanessa Abrams.

Vanessa is the type of Gossip Girl character who cares about human rights, social issues, and equality above all else.

For these reasons, we don’t have a shadow of a doubt that she’d aim to work with the only two real estate agents of color on Selling Sunset.

We’re referring to Chelsea Lazkani and Amanza Smith.

Beyond their skin tones, Chelsea and Amanza are both incredibly hard-working, which is another reason why Vanessa would feel safe as a client in their hands.

Jenny Humphrey.

It’s safe to say that Jenny would 100% choose Chelsea Lazkani as the best real estate agent to work with based on Chelsea‘s love for fashion.

Jenny’s entire on Gossip Girl revolved around the fact that she was a diehard fashion lover.

Jenny loved designing fabulous clothing just as much as she loved wearing exquisite pieces. If there’s anyone in the Oppenheim Group Jenny would feel excited about working with, it would be Chelsea based on their mutual passion for fashion.

When they’d get a break from real estate conversations, they’d be able to talk about all their favorite trends and designers.

Georgina Sparks.

Georgina would likely choose to hire Nicole Young as her Selling Sunset real estate agent. That’s because Georgina loves to stir the pot, and it seems that Nicole does as well.

Thier mutual desire to rock the boat would give them plenty to talk about beyond any real estate chitchats.

Dan Humphrey.

The newest agent in the office is Alanna Gold, and she’s easily someone Dan would hire since she remains calm, cool, and collected in all circumstances.

Dan always did his best to maintain his composure throughout all six seasons of Gossip Girl, which was insane since he was harboring such an intense secret!

Nevertheless, Alanna would do well as his chosen Oppenheim Group agent. Dan also understands what it feels like trying to fit in somewhere new and challenging, which is presently what Alanna is facing as the newest addition to the office.

Nate Archibald.

Nate, being the playboy he is, would likely hire any agent he’d feel comfortable getting flirty with every once in a while.

Based on his past girlfriends and his taste in women, there’s a chance he would hire just about ANY of the beautiful Oppenheim Group real estate agents.

He dated a sexy brunette or two including Blair Waldorf, Diana Payne, and Juliet Sharp. That being said, he’d be down to hire brunettes like Chrishell Stause, Nicole Young, or Alanna Gold.

Nate also dated a handful of blondes including Jenny Humphrey, Serena van der Woodsen, and Lola Rhodes.

That leads us to believe that he’d be down to hire Mary Fitzgerald Bonnet or Emma Hernan.

Nate even dated a black girl on Gossip Girl named Raina Thorpe. That being said, he’d be down to hire Chelsea Lazkani or Amanza Smith also!
