Jason is doing everything he can to sell off Kanye’s Malibu beachfront mansion, but things are not going as planned.
Kanye bought the mansion for $57.3 million, but then he gutted the home and made it pretty much unlivable for any future homebuyers.
After removing the plumbing and electric, the mansion is nowhere near what it was when Kanye first purchased it.
Jason dropped the price of the mansion down to $53 million, and it’s now being listed for $39 million.
Who knows if it will finally sell at this price point. There’s a chance the price will need to drop again, more significantly!
