Who’s in the right on Selling Sunset between Chelsea Lazkani and Mary Fitzgerald Bonnet?
The feud between Chelsea and Mary has gotten more intense in season eight of the show, and fans are weighing in about whose side they are on.
Here’s what people are saying.

First, let’s break down the facts. Who exactly started the feud between Chelsea and Mary? Before Season Eight, Chelsea was already making negative comments about Mary regarding Mary’s management style.
Chelsea said something along the lines of Mary being too cowardly to be a good manager.
She hated seeing Mary in charge because she felt like Mary was doing a terrible job keeping everything in order.
Then Mary appeared on a YouTube video with Bre Tiesi where she described Chelsea as the biggest pot-stirrer in the office.
In other words, Mary made it abundantly clear she feels Chelsea is the root of a lot of drama in the office.
Fast forward to Season Eight of the show, and it seemed that things between Chelsea and Mary got even worse.
They got stuck on the same listing together, even though they both individually wanted to be in charge of the listing by themselves.
Then, Mary called out Chelsea for wearing an outfit that was “too short” causing even more issues to blow up between them.
Mary called out Chelsea for the outfit in front of Jason and Brett Oppenheim, which made Chelsea extremely uncomfortable.
During another scene on the show, Chelsea and Mary were arguing with each other, and Mary’s husband Romain Bonnet got involved.
He put his hands on Chelsea a few times, and even though he did it gently, it still seemed a bit aggressive.
Selling Sunset fans wrote, “Mary is extremely hypocritical when it comes to Chelsea‘s fashion sense. Mary has worn several outfits that were far from appropriate.”
Someone else noted, “Mary was offended that Chelsea called her out for being a bad manager, but it’s true. Mary lacks confrontational skills.”
Another fan wrote, “They all dressed extremely scandalously, so what’s the big deal? Mary should’ve never tried to call Chelsea out for that.”
Someone else added, “Season Eight made me realize how much self-awareness Mary lacks.”
Ultimately, a lot of Selling Sunset fans are totally divided when it comes to their opinions about the feud between Mary and Chelsea.
After seeing the chaos of Season Eight, it seems highly unlikely Mary and Chelsea will be striking up a friendship anytime soon.
Which is unfortunate.
