Are Sabrina Carpenter and Ariana Grande good friends with each other?
When it comes to the entertainment industry, only people who are super famous understand the highest and lows of living life in the public eye.
For this reason, it’s often easier for famous folks to stick together when creating vonds and friendships with others they can trust.
Is that what happens to be the case for Sabrina and Ariana?
Here’s what you should know.

The Dangerous Woman Tour supported Ariana’s third studio album, which was released in 2016.
Ariana traveled to several places to perform including North America, Latin America, Asia, Oceania, and Europe.
The terrorist attack that occurred at her Manchester show in May 2017 forced Ariana to pause her tour for a few weeks. Sadly, 22 concertgoers were killed.
Ariana ended up resuming the tour in Paris in June.
Sabrina wasn’t the only opener on tour with Ariana, by the way. Other people who opened for her at various times included Victoria Monet, Little Mix, and Bia.
Many fans would assume that since Sabrina was invited to be an opener for Ariana‘s Dangerous Woman Tour, there had to be some sort of friendship development there between them.
When they were spotted at the 2024 Met Gala together, paparazzi snapped photos of them laughing and smiling at each other in a way that made them look like they were besties!
Another sign hinting at a friendship between the singers is that they are both mutually following each other on Instagram.

On social media, tons of people have been comparing Sabrina and Ariana when it comes to the sound of their voices, the style of music they release, how petite they physically are, and more.
Some fans are holding out hope that Sabrina and Ariana will collaborate on a song together since they believe such an A-lister combo would instantly pop off.
A few years back, Ariana spoke highly of Sabrina‘s music when interviewing with Zach Sang saying, “I actually have heard both ‘Feather’ and ‘Nonsense’! It’s so flattering that people would think Nonsense sounds like something I’d do. Love that song. Pop music is in great hands. I love her!”
