Ever since Nicole Young entered the scene on Selling Sunset, she’s been feuding with Chrishell Stause.
They had issues with each other way before the cameras started rolling and their behind-the-scenes drama has been brewing for quite some time.
In Season Eight, things have gotten even worse between Nicole and Chrishell.
That’s because Chrishell is pissed at Nicole for starting a rumor about her best friend, Emma Hernan.

Interestingly enough, it seemed that Nicole and Chrishell actually had a chance at pursuing a genuine friendship on Selling Sunset.
Nicole was accused of being homophobic after liking an Instagram comment a troll left on her Instagram page. The homophobic Instagrammer said something nasty about Chrishell and her partner, while also complimenting Nicole.
According to Nicole, she liked the comment because of the compliment she received, but not because of the homophobic portion of it.
It was too little too late though, because Chrishell caught wind of it and was absolutely infuriated. Rightfully so.
In Episode Four of Season Eight, Chrishell and Nicole went off on each other, which led to a moment where Nicole had to leave the room to collect herself.
Then, Nicole walked back out to apologize to Chrishell‘s face, as a way of trying to move forward.
Chrishell accepted her apology and they hugged it out.
It seemed like for the first time ever, Chrishell and Nicole had the opportunity to embark on a real and genuine friendship.
But all of that went out the window pretty quickly when Nicole started bringing up rumors about Chrishell’s best friend, Emma, secretly dating a married man.
Chrishell is so angry about the rumor that she’s no longer willing to film future episodes of Selling Sunset if Nicole is going to be part of the cast lineup.
Chrishell took to Instagram to post, “I will never work on a show with her on it again. I would rather be sued. Disclaimer when you watch: Just know she spews a disgusting lie about a bestie that is categorically false and super damaging. It is not true.”
Fans of the show have A LOT to say about all of this.
One person wrote, “Nicole really did make the worse decision on going toe to toe with Chrishell. But she really F’d up by trying to go after Chrishell’s best friend. If there’s one thing I have learned about Chrishell is she will go full Rambo on someone’s ass if they mess with someone she loves. Nicole should really just leave the show because that’s what’s in her own best interest. There’s no coming back from this for her.”
Someone else added, “No one will watch the show without Chrishell, so producers better figure it out and get rid of Nicole if that’s what it takes.”
Someone else said, “Chrishell is a girl’s girl and I love that. Nicole is the opposite of a girl’s girl. If she thinks she has a juicy rumor spread, she becomes the gossip queen in an instant. Who could trust her?”
