Cady Heron: Better Than Revenge.

Cady was determined to get revenge on Regina George after realizing how truly mean Regina really was.

Cady wanted Aaron Samuels, but Regina wasn’t ready to give him up, even though she was fully cheating on him with Shane Oman!

Taylor sings, “She’s not a saint and she’s not what you think. She’s an actress. She’s better known for the things that she does on the mattress. Soon she’s gonna find stealing other people’s toys on the playground won’t make you many friends. She should keep in mind, there is nothing I do better than revenge.”

And Cady’s revenge plot against Regina was totally insane.

Regina George: Bejeweled.

Regina is the type of girl who sparkles everywhere she goes. She knows she’s pretty and her confidence is unmatched.

Taylor sings, “Best believe I’m still bejeweled. When I walk in the room, I can still make the whole place shimmer.”

What better way to describe a stunner like Regina?

Gretchen Weiners: Mean.

Gretchen struggled with her friendships because Regina was so aggressively mean to her.

It wouldn’t surprise us if Gretchen really felt this exact way about Regina after enduring years of bullying and social abuse.

Karen Smith: Today Was a Fairytale.

Karen was blissfully ignorant in Mean Girls. She was never the sharpest tool in the shed, but that wasn’t exactly a bad thing. She saw each day as an exciting and fun adventure.

Taylor sings, “It must have been the way! Today was a fairytale. But can you feel this magic in the air?”

Every day feels like a fairytale for someone who doesn’t have many in-depth thoughts bouncing around her skull.

Janis Ian: Bad Blood.

Janis was definitely out for blood when she started plotting against Regina with Cady. Regina spread a rumor about Janis being a thirsty lesbian, and Janis never forgot about that.

Taylor sings, “‘Cause baby, now we got bad blood. You know it used to be mad love. So take a look what you’ve done. ‘Cause baby, now we got bad blood. Now we got problems. And I don’t think we can solve ’em. You made a really deep cut. And baby, now we got bad blood.”

The bad blood between Janis and Regina was a huge catalyst to the climax of Mean Girls.

Damian Leigh: It’s Nice to Have a Friend.

Damian was always a good friend to both Cady and Janis in Mean Girls. He and Janis accepted Cady into their little circle so she wouldn’t feel isolated at first.

Taylor sings, “School bell rings, walk me home. Sidewalk chalk covered in snow. Lost my gloves, you give me one. ‘Wanna hang out?’ Yeah, sounds like fun. Video games, you pass me a note. Sleeping in tents. It’s nice to have a friend.”

Who wouldn’t want to have a friend like Damian? Instead of giving a friend a glove as the lyrics say, just picture Damian giving Cady a pink shirt to borrow.

Aaron Samuels: Enchanted.

Cady started crushing on Aaron from the very first moment she laid eyes on him. She knew right away she wanted him without a shadow of a doubt.

Taylor sings, “I was enchanted to meet you. Please don’t be in love with someone else. Please don’t have somebody waiting on you.”

Unfortunately for Cady, he was still willing to reconcile with Regina after Cady developed feelings for him.
