Is it possible for Kylie Jenner to completely lose her relevancy in the next five years?

Some fans are theorizing that five years is all it will take for the world to completely forget about her as a celebrity.

She’s already doing what she can to spend less time filming scenes for her family’s reality TV show, The Kardashians.

She’s also holding back from sharing anything personal or anecdotal on her social media platforms. So, how much longer will her relevance last?

Fans are weighing in.

One social media user asked, “Does everyone think Kylie is going to be as relevant in five years? During her King Kylie era, she was one of the most engaged influencer for Gen Z and the youth. As of now, I feel like influencers are already covering more of the market and people find Alix Earle and Tara Yummy more relatable. During her King Kylie era, she posted lots of interesting relatable content, but now most of the stuff she posts is mostly ads.”

One person responded with, “Do teens even care about her? No one has giant filler lips and heavy contoured makeup anymore and no one cares about lip kits or whatever anymore. She’s old news.”

Another added, “She’s not even relevant anymore, now.”

A third fan responded, “Her time in the spotlight is definitely over. Nobody under 25 seems to find her relevant.”

Someone else dropped a cut-and-dry answer saying, “When their show finally ends, I think she’ll phase out. She doesn’t have much of a personality either so there’s just nothing about her to actually follow at this point.”

Additionally, a social media user added, “Everyone clowned her when she was on that ‘WAP’ video with Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion, so yeah, the next generation really doesn’t care about her.”

Other people aren’t so quick to believe that Kylie is going to actually lose relevancy in five years. And some fans are of the belief system that she is still 100% relevant at this very moment.

One person defended Kylie writing, “Well, the Kardashians are still ‘relevant’ as of now because of Kris Jenner’s influence and connections. No denying that.”

Someone else chimed in with, “I think Kylie’s peak era was in 2016, but that doesn’t mean people aren’t still interested in her today. I think a lot of people still are for sure.”

The back-and-forth narrative about Kylie‘s relevancy now and in five years seems to be all over the place among social media users.
