Who would Taylor Swift pick to be her bridesmaids if she was officially getting married soon?

Hypothetically, we’ve got the breakdown of five girls we could totally see Taylor picking as her bridesmaids and five girls she’d likely never pick in the real world!

Bridesmaid pick: Selena Gomez.

The idea of Taylor picking Selena as a bridesmaid shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. Taylor and Selena’s friendship has been going strong for years and they’ve always shared a mutual sense of love and support for each other from the beginning.

Not a bridesmaid pick: Kim Kardashian.

There’s no shot in hell that Taylor would pick Kim to be one of her bridesmaids since their ongoing feud has been in motion for many years now. Most recently, Taylor added more fuel to the fire by releasing the song “thanK you aIMee“ as a scathing dagger against Kim.

Bridesmaid pick: Lana Del Rey.

Taylor has an endless amount of respect for Lana when it comes to Lana‘s talent in the music industry. Taylor appreciates Lana‘s lyricism so much that she even invited her on stage at the Grammys! Their collaboration “Snow on the Beach” is beloved by music lovers everywhere. It simply wouldn’t come as a shock if Taylor picked Lana to be one of her bridesmaids.

Not a bridesmaid pick: Karlie Kloss.

Although Taylor and Karlie used to be close, their friendship went up in flames for some super mysterious reason. Karlie has tried to deny feud rumors with Taylor, but the blonde beauties haven’t been spotted buddied up with each other for a very long time now. For this reason, it’s unlikely Taylor would invite Karlie to be one of her bridesmaids.

Bridesmaid pick: Gigi Hadid.

Seeing Gigi as one of Taylor’s bridesmaids makes all the sense in the world since Taylor and Gigi have been good friends since about 2014. The singer and model have a lot in common including blonde hair, beautiful faces, and undeniable star power.

Not a bridesmaid pick: Nicki Minaj.

Nicki is another famous celeb who likely would never be invited to be one of Taylor‘s bridesmaids. That’s because Taylor and Nicki had somewhat of a feud in 2015. Taylor thought Nicki was bashing her in a tweet, even though Nicki‘s tweet was pretty generalized. They ended things on a positive note, but not on a BFF note.

Bridesmaid pick: Blake Lively.

Taylor and Blake are obviously good friends, which is why it’s easy to assume that Blake would be picked as one of Taylor‘s bridesmaids. There’s a chance that Taylor would’ve been one of Blake’s bridesmaids if they had been close friends at the time Blake tied the knot with Ryan Reynolds!

Not a bridesmaid pick: Demi Lovato.

It’s unlikely Taylor would invite Demi to be one of her bridesmaids since she and Demi never really got along. Rumors about Taylor and Demi having drama with each other first sprouted when Taylor’s friendship with Selena Gomez started blossoming.

Bridesmaid pick: Sophie Turner.

Taylor has been an awesome friend to Sophie, and she definitely stepped up to the plate to be a safe person Sophie could turn to during her divorce from Joe Jonas. That said, the depth of their friendship is real! We could totally see Sophie as one of Taylor‘s bridesmaids.

Not a bridesmaid pick: Olivia Rodrigo.

It’s a bit unlikely that Taylor would choose Olivia to be one of her bridesmaids since there hasn’t been a lot of positive about Taylor and Olivia having an awesome friendship. Some people are even convinced Taylor’s song “Nothing New” is about Olivia. In the song, Taylor sings, “I know someday I’m gonna meet her, it’s a fever dream. The kind of radiance you only have at 17. She’ll know the way, and then she’ll say she got the map from me. I’ll say I’m happy for her, then I’ll cry myself to sleep.” The lyrics are about Taylor’s fear of being replaced by a younger pop star someday.
