You deserve to feel like the best version of yourself and one of the easiest ways to do that (as a woman) is tapping into your feminine energy.
TikToker @JazTurner16 shared a video filled with helpful tips you can follow if you’re interested in her 2025 feminine glow-up guide.
Jaz noted that she started her journey of tapping into her feminine energy about two years ago and she has familiarized herself with a list of things to do that keep her on the right track.
Here’s what she has to say on the matter.
Low-impact workouts
For starters, Jaz relies on low-impact workouts to keep herself in shape.
Some examples include yoga, stretching, and Pilates. According to her, these workouts helped lower her cortisol levels.
She also feels like it’s incredibly empowering to start her day surrounded by other like-minded women!
Dress modestly

Her second tip is to dress modestly instead of sexually. She said that although she knows the tip can be seen as controversial, it helped her feel more feminine in her own daily life.
Gratitude journaling
Her third tip is starting her day with gratitude journaling. Anyone who’s well-versed when it comes to the Law of Attraction is well aware that there’s power in putting pen to paper.
This is something Jaz highlights in her video. When you focus on gratitude for the things you already have, you’re more likely to be blessed with more.
Cycle syncing

Her fourth tip comes down to cycle syncing. Jaz says that she adjusted her lifestyle to the different phases of her menstrual cycle.
Go for the dainty stuff
Jaz’s fifth and final tip is to opt for things that are more dainty than overbearing.
This applies with requesting classy French tip nails, wearing dainty pieces of jewelry, and even using tinted moisturizer.
If you’re the type of person who usually wears super long acrylics, clanking pieces of jewelry, and strong-smelling products, following Jaz’s advice would mean dialing some of those things back.
