Looks like it’s another shadow work Sunday.

This week, we are going to talk about taking risks and why it’s important.

Before we fully dive into this topic, it should be noted that not every risk is worth just diving head first into.

There are some risks you have to be smart about.

You also have to consider if you have others who are depending on you in any way, shape, or form.

That being said, take the risk that you’re afraid of.

Are you nervous about applying for a job in a different city because you don’t know anybody there?

Do you want to try a new career, but are nervous that you’ll fail at it?

Does the idea of moving somewhere different as a remote worker make your hands shake?

If this is you, this is your time to take a long look in the mirror.

Life is all about taking a chance at something.

The phrase “YOLO” gets overused a lot, but it still has such a great, deep meaning.

We truly only live once. If you spend your whole life in the “comfort zone”, chances are you’ll get older and have regret.

If you take a risk and it doesn’t work out, you might regret it in the short-term, but you certainly won’t regret it in the long run.

Again, don’t go and make choices that are dumb.

Each risk does involve some calculation in it.

If you’re willing to try, the universe will reward you.

What risks have you taken in your life? What’s the next one you want to take? Let us know in the comments.
