Mental detox steps

We are going to be doing this process on a piece of paper or notebook.

Grab a fresh sheet of paper and divide it into 4 quadrants.



Namely: To-do’s, Big ideas, Negative thoughts, Things to let go of.

In the to-do section, you will write any tasks that need your attention, especially the ones that you are likely to forget.

In Big Ideas, you will note any cool stuff that you are planning to do at some point, i.e., renovating your house or starting a business.

In negative thoughts, you will note all the horrible things that take up so much mental space, rent-free.

Things to let go of seem to be pretty self-explanatory whether we are talking about physical materials, thoughts/emotions, and people.
