Caffeine has become the modern-day “elixir of life.” The three cups of coffee you take before midday are the proof.
Don’t get touchy!
Caffeine, which is mostly consumed through coffee, tea, energy drinks, and sports drinks, has been shown to have adverse effects when consumed in large quantities.
By large quantities, we are referring to more than 400mg (14 oz) per day.
Our main concern in this post is how caffeine is messing with your vibration because we care.
High consumption of caffeine is sort of like that game called High Strikers found in carnivals.
The hammer strikes real high then comes crashing down. Low vibration. Here’s how caffeine messes with your vibration…

Increases anxiety and stress
Caffeine works in less than 45 minutes in triggering the nervous system by blocking the effects of a hormone called adenosine which causes sleep.
However, excessive amounts of consumption cause a spike in cortisol, the hormone responsible for stress.
Triggering a fight or flight response
Disconnects you from your intuition
When you are jittery and jumpy it’s honestly difficult to reconnect with yourself and stay mindful.
Not to mention that most high-vibrational practices like meditation, mindfulness,, and journaling require a calm state.
Drains your energy
Caffeine gives an illusion of an energy boost, but after a while,, your energy comes cascading down.
Sleep disruption
Caffeine can remain in the body for 6 to 12 hours. Due to the disruption of the hormone adenosine, it can cause insomnia.
Quality sleep is paramount for high vibrational energy.
How to consume caffeine mindfully

To preserve your vibration here’s what you must do.
- Be aware of your level of caffeine consumption by reading labels and inquiring.
- Go for drinks with less caffeine, i.e., with an Expresso for matcha.
- Practice mindful practices, i.e., meditation, and breathwork.
Drink your caffeine, but do it like a pro.
