Today’s post is fun, and we are quite excited to do a 7-day joy challenge with you.

This challenge will fill up your cup and leave you radiating joy.

We are tired of the notion that happiness always has to be a faraway dream that involves attaining something.

Why not be happy now, today?

Admittedly most people struggle with finding joy in the present.

That is why we hope that this 7-day challenge will reframe your idea of happiness and finding fulfillment in the now.

7 days joy challenge steps

Day 1: The slow down & savor it challenge

We want you to halt and try to savor the small moments in life.

A slow morning, a tasty meal, a nice walk.

Instead of just doing things subconsciously take notice.

Day 2: The Unplug for joy challenge

We are constantly being bombarded with information from every corner: the news, social media, and gossip.

But on this day we want you to unplug from all that, although you might still need to log into your accounts to check emails and social notifications.

We want you to slow down, turn off your notifications afterward, connect with your friends or just you,, and find an activity away from technology.

Day 3: The One Bold Move Challenge

We are going to challenge our comfort zone by doing something bodacious that we have always wished we could.

This could be anything like shooting your shot at a crush, sending a cold pitch email, or trying to make a new dish.

Day 4: The Give without expecting challenge

The world has more takers than givers and that is why you will practice giving.

It doesn’t matter how little you give or in which form, material or service,, or to whom.

Day 5: The Nurture Your Inner Child Challenge

Remember how you were worry-free, high-spirited, and adventurous you were as a child?

Today, do something that rekindles that feeling of being present. i.e., a new hobby, dancing.

Day 6: The Gratitude List..with a Twist Challenge

Instead of making your usual gratitude list, we are going to only focus on the things that we once prayed for but now take for granted.

Simply because we have them.

Day 7: Make Space for Joy challenge

Yay! This is going to be the last day of our challenge and we want to make joy stick around.

So we want you to identify one small thing or several that you can do daily to feel happier.

I.e walk your dog, bond with your children, cook, play an instrument, meditate e t.c
