Let’s address our unresolved issues.

It doesn’t matter how stable of a home you grew up in or how great your schoolmates or teachers were.

We all have things that need to be said to younger versions of ourselves. You can address this heartfelt letter to any stage of your past self.

Before we explore some amazing prompts from a lovely TikTok creator , let’s understand why this exercise is healing and life-changing.

  • You’re closing any unhealed wounds.
  • You’re validating who you are by showing your past self, kindness and empathy.
