When she first made it big on Disney Channel, Zendaya bought a gorgeous five-bedroom home in Southern California for one and a half million dollars. 

But that’s not the only piece of real estate the superstar owns. She also purchased a 4-million-dollar ranch in the Encino area of California for when she wants to get away and escape the big city. 

There’s also something about New York City that draws in celebrities from around the world. Zendaya is no different, as she owns a waterfront apartment in Brooklyn. 

It also is important for her to have access to this home while filming projects in the Big Apple. 

Arguably the biggest news to come from Christmas 2024 was finding out that Zendaya and her longtime boyfriend Tom Holland were officially engaged. 

The pair owns a home in London that was purchased for two and a half million pounds, which equates to roughly two million dollars.

Zendaya’s homes are quite beautiful, but it should still be recognized that she didn’t splurge too hard like some folks in Hollywood do.
