Waning gibbous 🌖(16-21)
This is a time for gratitude through acts such a as kindness and gratitude journaling.
Last quarter🌜(22-23)
This is a time for clearing and letting go, this could look like decluttering, releasing mental and emotional loads.
Waning crescent 🌘 (24-29)
This is a time for restoration.
This could look like rest, reflection, and deep healing.
