Visualization stemming from vision is the act of seeing or anticipating something that is to come.

Visualization is a tool used in manifesting and rewiring the brain by creating and strengthening new neuropathways.

Why visualization works

Activates the brain’s Reticular Activating System (RAS)

The RAS is responsible for filtering out information in our brains.

When you bring your goals into awareness through visualization, the RAS can filter out irrelevant information, thus allowing you to take action and notice opportunities tied to your goal.

Yay inspired action

To expand on what we just talked about a journey made with a clear vision of the destination is always better than an aimless one.

Clarity equals motivation and that is why vision boards are a hit.

A guaranteed confidence boost

Visualization strengthens your belief system. Your brain goes, “Wait, I can do this; I really can.”

This explains why, at times, it is only you who can see what you’re trying to achieve; you hold the vision.

Triggers emotional alignment

Visualization taps into feel good emotions such as joy because you can see it so clearly in the now and you are excited.

This alignment means that you are vibrating at a high frequency that draws your goals.
