Her third tip is to stay hydrated. The more water you drink, the better. When you are hydrated, it often results in clear skin, less bloating, and other awesome health benefits.
Her fourth tip is to improve your posture. Throw your shoulders back and make sure you have some confidence in your stride. The straighter your back, the prettier you’ll look,
Her fifth and final piece of advice is to keep your skin as hydrated as possible. Aim for a skin care routine that leaves you feeling totally confident and stunning.
