Megan Fox’s relationship with Machine Gun Kelly is a prime example of how manifestation doesn’t always lead to perfect outcomes — but it still works.
Though their relationship was filled with drama and rumors of infidelity, it’s clear that Megan used the power of manifestation to bring MGK into her life. In her Glamour UK interview, she said:
“He’s literally my exact physical type that I’ve been manifesting since I was four. I’m also four years older than him. So, I think I made him. My thoughts and intentions grew him into the person that he is — who knows what he would’ve looked like or been like if it wasn’t for me.”
They met in 2020 on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass, and Megan said their connection felt pre-ordained, as if the universe had aligned their paths on purpose.
Interestingly, MGK once revealed that he used to hang posters of Megan on his bedroom walls when he was a teenager. So in a way, he manifested her too. That’s the essence of a vision board: when you’re consistently focusing on the image of what you want — and feeling into it with emotion and intention — you’re calling that energy into your reality.
But here’s the truth most manifestation coaches don’t talk about:
You can absolutely manifest things that aren’t good for you.
Maybe it’s a dream relationship that ends up breaking your heart.
A dream job that turns out to be a toxic, micromanaged nightmare.
Or an apartment that looks great online — but ends up crawling with bedbugs.
That’s why healing and self-awareness are so important on your manifestation journey. Without clarity and alignment, it’s easy to attract from wounds instead of wholeness.
Megan and MGK got engaged in 2022 but officially ended things in late 2024, while she was still pregnant. They now share one child but are no longer together. Still, their relationship is proof that manifestation is real — even when it doesn’t turn out how we expected.
