If you want to physically look like Zendaya, you’ve got to be intentional with your fitness and nutrition goals.

Zendaya told Justine Magazine that she prioritizes finding the fun in her workouts in order to stick with them long-term.

She explained that dancing and coming up with choreography is her favorite type of exercise, whether it’s jazzercise or something else.

She also committed to three months of on-court tennis training when preparing to film Challengers.

When she was training for her role in The Greatest Showman as a trapeze artist, she did a lot of upper-body weight training to strengthen her arms, back, and shoulders.

When it comes to her diet, Zendaya has been a vegetarian for years. She’s opened up about it many times in multiple interviews.

According to Seventeen Magazine, one of her favorite vegetarian dishes ever is rice salad.

So while you don’t have to hit a tennis court tomorrow or switch to a vegetarian diet this week, these are just a few examples of how Zendaya maintains her physique through exercise and food choices — something to consider if you want to glow up like her in a more physical sense.
