The snow machine Christmas experience at Town Square Las Vegas was really special this year.

My husband and I went in celebration of the 2025 holiday season. Here’s what it was like.

Town Square “snow” experience

My husband and I already typically enjoy spending time at Town Square.

It’s a place we’ve gone for plenty of date nights, thanks to the AMC movie theater, Brio Italian, the Auntie Anne’s fresh pretzels, and other awesome places.

We’ve taken our non-local friends to Town Square whenever they’ve expressed disinterest in spending time on the Las Vegas Strip.

While scrolling TikTok, I learned that Town Square offers a fake snow machine experience at Christmas time. I was instantly intrigued.

Las Vegas doesn’t typically get snow since we’re in the middle of a desert. Snow isn’t common here, unless you drive up to Mt. Charleston.

I think snow is magical, even though I would NEVER live somewhere full-time that would require me to shovel it every winter.

The snow machine is placed inside the giant Christmas tree in the middle of Town Square. It blows sudsy, bubbly foam flecks that fly through the sky in the most elegant and magical way.

And I have to admit… The vibes are magical.

It’s a family-friendly event with fake snow blowing at 7pm each night.

There were so many families surrounding us when we went. However, there were also plenty of adult couples there enjoying the vibes, like my husband and myself.

There was a man dressed up like the Grinch, ready to take pictures with you if you wanted.

And someone else dressed in a glow-in-the-dark costume walking on top of stilts. (Also ready to take pics.)

Plus a group of kiddos singing Christmas carols wearing Santa hats near the grassy field across from the Christmas tree.

Overall, this was a nice highlight to the holiday season in Las Vegas.
